Meetings | Status Meetings
The most important document for running a status meeting professionally is:
A. The WBS
B. The Scope Statement
C. An Agenda
D. SOW
george (2years ago):
I think that it's an Agenda, the answer is C. Other documents are important, but not in every status meeting. For example, if we have a status meeting during initiation process, the WBS is not ready yet.

C. An agenda..We need agenda to start off, to track and to put the meeting in perspective.
