A. Quality audit
B. Deliverable inspection

I see that there is a choice between A and D. Other options are out of question:
B: We don't have deliverables here, since it's a service company
C: Again, it's a service and it will be difficult to make a FP contract
The choice is between Quality Audit and SLA. I vote for SLA, since it's more general and more "covering" option. Quality Audit will help to validate the quality according to SLA, but first we need to have a proper SLA.
