Which of the following should not be reason for “rebaselining” in a project?

A. Scope changes
B. Cost variances
C. Major schedule changes
D. New information indicating that the basis for the original project cost estimates was incorrect

george (2¼years ago):
I think that D - new information is not a a reason for project re-baselining. New information may lead to changes, but is not a change so far.
