A. Objectives specified in far more detail than necessary for a execution of a successful project.
B. Easily achievable objectives which help you reducing the pressure on yourself and the team.
C. Objectives that should be achieved in order to attain formal recognition by both the
customer and the project sponsor.
D. Objectives that are described using specific, measurable, assignable, realistic and time-related
specifications.
