Performance Reporting

Performance reporting tools and techniques include all of the following except:

A. Earned value analysis
B. Statistical sampling
C. Variance analysis
D. Performance reviews

george (2¼years ago):
I think that B (statistical sampling) is not about performance reporting, because it's about creating statistics using a number of narrow samples. Performance reporting is not interested in statistics, but in current performance.
