Quality Management
A review of management processes and the associated documentation is commonly called
a. Audit
b. Inspection
c. Testing and measuring
d. Screening
george (2¼years ago):
I would say it's A, while inspection is very close in meaning. I like "audit" option.
Testing and measuring is applicable when talking about some product (software, material, mechanism, etc.), not a process.
Screening is applicable for certain people's work, not processes.
